Waste belt system for RAPID double miter saws

Good and controlled waste disposal from our double miter saws can optionally be supplemented by a conveyor belt system.

The standard version is equipped with a fabric conveyor belt. If required, four other smooth or rough materials are available to choose from. Using an ascending conveyor, the sections can be transported to a customer waste box, which further optimizes waste disposal.

The length of the conveyor belt corresponds to the respective cutting length of the double miter saw. The ascending conveyor belt is universal for all machine models.

We would be happy to advise you on choosing the right version.

Machine engineering to perfection

The RAPID precision machines are manufactured in the best German mechanical engineering tradition and according to the high demands of modern window and metal construction.

Depending on the model, a machine construction consists of several thousand individual parts of the highest quality, manufactured on CNC machine tools and finished by hand for perfect interaction like a traditional clockwork.

When developing rapid saws and machining centers, the focus is primarily on functionality and reliability. In order to guarantee process reliability and batch consistency during intensive machine use, individual parts must be perfectly coordinated with one another. The typical Rapid quality is created during production by highly qualified employees and the use of precise movement technology on a solid basic construction.

All-rounder with high performance - Optima VIK

RAPID Optima VIK

Three production steps are combined in this profile processing center with maximum performance:

  • Cutting
  • Processing
  • Counterprofiling

All machining is done on the entire bar before cutting. The profile is then transported to the saw module. In the inline version, up to 5 rods are buffered on a transverse sliding table, so the modules work in parallel and develop their maximum capacity. Automatic counter milling module for counter profiling of transom profiles completes the machining process...
